Terms and Conditions

All students and carers must be signed in using the Service NSW QR code (found at the entrance to the studio and each room) and comply with vaccination requirements as outlined in the public health orders

For all studio lessons we will need to ensure the following:

No student or parent is to come if they are displaying any of the following symptoms:                                                                  

    •      Fever

    •      Cough

    •      Sore Throat

    •      Shortness of Breath

We will organise online lessons at the regular time, or make up lessons if the appropriate notice is given. 

Lessons: All lessons are based on the NSW state school term. 

Fees: Private 20min lessons are $26, 30min lessons are $36 and 60min lessons are $72. You will receive an invoice before the commencement of each term. This must be paid before the commencement of the first lesson, otherwise you may have your booking cancelled.

Cancellations of lesson: All cancellations must be advised at least 4 hours prior to the lesson by text to 0468 543 369 or email to amanda.brendan.music@gmail.com otherwise the lesson will be forfeited. Where possible a make up lesson will be arranged.

Makeup Lessons: In times of unforeseen circumstances, planned lessons may be cancelled with appropriate notice.

Sickness: Where possible sick lessons will be made up when at least 4hrs notice given. If less notice is given the lesson may be forfeited if a suitable makeup time can't be arranged. In the current Covid situation if students have any cold and flu symptoms they are not to come in for the lesson. The lesson will be changed to an online video lesson.

Withdrawal: The minimum commitment of tuition is 1 term. No refund is given for mid term withdrawal. If you wish to withdraw, please advise in writing via email to brendan.amanda.music@gmail.com

Lateness: If you are late to a lesson we are unable to extend due to other lessons. Any missed time will be forfeited.
